Luc Hoang

Growing up, I was always into sports and fitness. Around the end of high school, I was doing less sports so calisthenics and lifting weights became a medium for me to stay fit while learning impressive bodyweight skills. But as I got older, it got much harder to balance school, leisure and training. I would often fall out of my routine and miss a lot of workouts which was really frustrating.

Through extensive research and experimentation over the years, I'm now in a place where working out is seamlessly integrated into my life. This journey has not only built up my physique, my strength and my functional skills but also instilled in me great discipline, resilience and a constant desire for self-improvement. I've even chosen my career path of physiotherapy in alignment with my love for fitness.

I now share my knowledge and experience of fitness with others through social media and coaching.
